Training Program for Doctors
- Instructions for Submitting an Information Form for Preliminary Consideration -
The Information Form should be completed by foreign doctors wishing to pursue a voluntary training program at the National Cancer Center. The Information Form is not an official application for a training program at the National Cancer Center, but submitting it offers you an opportunity to assist us by providing background information about yourself. We will evaluate this information and determine your eligibility for further consideration in which case you will receive an official application. Please understand that sending us the Information Form does not mean your application for a voluntary training program has been approved by the National Cancer Center.

Other supporting documentation (such as your CV or resume as well as printed material in English about the school you attended or a hospital where you worked) also may be submitted, but is not required at this time.
The National Cancer Center is unable to provide foreign doctors with a
fellowship or financial aide of any kind regardless of the circumstances.
You are solely responsible for the payment of all your travel, housing,
food and other living expenses from personal savings, parental support,
private or public scholarships or fellowships, government assistance, etc.
and are completely independent from the National Cancer Center with respect
to your financing arrangements.
Intended Area of Training
You should indicate your intended area of training at the National Cancer Center. For additional information, you can refer to Divisions & Departments of Hospital and Hospital East available in English.
