Search for Novel Biomarkers of Precancer in Hamster Pancreas

Molecular pathological analyses for preneoplastic ductal lesions in a hamster model treated with N-nitrosobis(2-oxopropyl)amine are conducted. The newly discovered biomarker candidates of the early lesions would be intended for applications to the development of innovative radiolabeled antibody- or ligand-probes for diagnostic imaging techniques.
