Research Activities

Cancer is the process of multi-step accumulation of genomic (genetic and epigenetic) alterations. Cancer Genomics Project has been trying to identify genomic alterations of clinical tumor samples in a genome-wide way and elucidate a genomic alteration profile of cancer. Based on a comprehensive view of cancer genomics, we attempt to obtain a clearer understanding of multi-step carcinogenesis and to identify novel therapeutic targets and practical molecular classification of cancer for treatment and diagnosis.
