Integrated network approach of proteome for cancer diagnosis and therapy
Proteins work for maintaining the cell function and the analysis of proteome leads to understanding the function of the cell. In our hypothesis, there exists activated networks of protein which maintain cancer function and stopping the activated network results in the end of cancer function. Proteome information of 2DICAL can be used for the integrated network approach as shown in below of CrossPathTM network analyzing system. To prove the hypothesis, we are developing a new system which easily finds activated pathways in each cancer cell.
