Recruitment of Postdoctoral Fellow

Department of Bioinformatics at National Cancer Center is looking for Postdoctoral Fellow.

Job title and the number

Postdoctoral Fellow (hourly-wage employment), one person

Job description

  • Medical big-data analysis

Details: Nowadays, big-data have been produced in cancer research or other related areas, as exemplified by liver-cancer genome projects and clinical sequencing projects performed in our center. Also, a variety of bid-data in medicine and pharmacy have been publically made available. When combined properly, these big-data will provide us new scientific and medical discoveries. However, data analysis does not catch up with this high-speed of data flooding.

Postdoctoral Fellow is expected to find new scientific and medical discoveries by bioinformatics techniques, using data produced in our center and publically available big-data. Also, he or she is expected to develop new bioinformatics methods for this purpose. Furthermore he or she is expected to connect these discoveries/techniques with personalized medicine. National Cancer Center produces experimental and clinical data on its own; so, our place is the best for you to develop your own ideas.
