Section of Information Technology Support

Activity

The mission of this section is to constitute, operate and administrate an information communication network system of C-CAT with effective security measures. This section provides the system with:

1. Secure and broadband transmission method of data between C-CAT and Designated Hospitals for Cancer Genomic Medicine
2.  Software including AI system and Hardware including supercomputer for genome analysis
3. Portal website server on utilization of C-CAT data to facilitate research and development of therapeutic/diagnostic methods by industry and academia.
