Division of Prevention

This division conducts translational research to ensure that scientific evidence is put to practical use in cancer prevention for the Japanese people. We comprehensively evaluate the association between onset of cancer and risk factors among Japanese. We perform  integrated analyses of national and international research in order to strategically derive evidence. We conduct research to verify the effectiveness of new candidates for cancer prevention methods.
