Introduction and Future prospects

 The Ethical Review Support Section operates the Institutional Review Board (IRB) based on the Clinical Trials Act. The IRB of the National Cancer Center Hospital East (NCCHE) was certified on March 31, 2018 by the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare as an IRB as set forth in the Clinical Trials Act. We also take responsibility for works related to research ethics and clinical trial reviews. We keep considering the appropriate and effective method of the review process, as the NCCHE - Ethical Review Support Section which operates the review works.
