Introduction

 We implemented the system and network infrastructure of the “Repository Database System” and “Cancer Knowledge Database System”. (These systems started operation for “Oncogene Panel Testing” of the National Health Insurance System in June 2019.) We also established a helpdesk system for communication with hospitals (e.g.: responding to inquiries and transmission of information, etc.).

Research activities

 We provided the system and network infrastructure for the operation of “Oncogene Panel Testing”.

Education

 We aimed to improve the abilities of staff through OJT.

Future prospects

 We will enhance the infrastructure of the system network in response to the progress of “Oncogene Panel Testing”.
