Introduction

 Our goal is to efficiently promote project-based research between the NCC and companies, academia, venture capitalists, and government organizations, and to accelerate development in different fields and fusion of different specific areas that are difficult to handle, through the ambulatory researcher system under the director of EPOC.

The Team and What We Do

 The aim of this project is to match the wide range of seeds in The Tokyo University of Science with the clinical needs of the NCC, and both research support organizations have supported it from the early stage to accelerate research and development together.

Research activities

 Collaborating with the Division of Science and Technology Development, we developed a submucosal tumor diagnostic device using near-infrared light.

 We also developed molecular imaging technology in the field of functional diagnosis.

Education

 In addition to two cross-appointment researchers from the Tokyo University of Science, four professors were accepted as visiting researchers for the purpose of strengthening EPOC's bridge research support function.

Future Prospects

 EPOC will continue to promote collaboration with new technologies and research in different fields and disciplines.
