Introduction

 We carried out system network infrastructure maintenance of the “Cancer Genomics Repository” and “Cancer Knowledge Database” to enhance the security and improve user convenience.

 (These systems have been in operation for the “comprehensive genome profiling test” of the National Health Insurance System since June 2019.)

 We also responded to inquiries from related hospitals and provided information, etc.

Research activities

 We provided the system and network infrastructure for the operation of the “comprehensive genome profiling test”.

Education

 We aimed to improve the abilities of staff through OJT.

Future prospects

 We will enhance the infrastructure of the system network in response to the progress of the “comprehensive genome profiling test”.
