Lab of Computational Life Science

This laboratory develops computational methodologies for advanced omics observation techniques, including single-cell and spatial omics analysis. By combining data-driven approaches such as deep learning with mathematical modelling techniques based on deep insights into biological phenomena, we are developing innovative computational methodologies. By capturing the spatiotemporal dynamics of the comprehensive molecular profiles behind tumor development, we aim to make biological discoveries that will contribute to cancer treatment, such as the extraction of cell-cell interactions that determine malignant transformation in the tumor microenvironment.
