Research Overview

Cancer develops and progresses not only through the accumulation of genetic alterations but also through interactions with the surrounding tissue microenvironment. By integrating experimental genetics, organoid models, single-cell transcriptomics, and spatial analysis, we aim to elucidate how tissue environments shape mutant clone selection and cancer evolution, ultimately leading to the development of new strategies for cancer prevention and treatment.
