The FUTURE
begins with your vision.

The FUTURE Project
supports the research
infrastructure
for rare,
refractory, and pediatric cancers.

People dealing with rare, refractory, and pediatric cancers
typically have extremely
limited treatment options and
insufficient access to adequate care.

In hope of bringing light to each and every patient in such circumstances and
being a force for change in the future,

we launched
The FUTURE Project.

It is your support
that brings hope
to the lives of so many patients.

FUTURE Project

To support the future of patients
with unmet needs

Drug lag or drug loss, the lack of practical application of new drugs in cancer treatment, has become a serious problem in Japan. Rare, refractory, and pediatric cancer treatments in particular are not being developed by pharmaceutical companies due to the small number of patients. In an effort to shed light on these areas, the National Cancer Center Hospital has launched the Future Project. This project aims to establish a research infrastructure for the rapid delivery of new drugs to meet the needs of patients.
