National Cancer Center Japan and IARC’s Joint Seminar 6

National Cancer Center (NCC) Japan, together with the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC), co-organized its sixth seminar on “Nuclear Accidents and Cancer” on March 6^th 2019, based on the Memorandum of Understanding signed between the two institutions. Dr Joachim Schüz, Section Head of Environment and Radiation, IARC visited NCC Japan and gave a lecture about the recent publication of the IARC Technical Publication No. 46 “Thyroid Health Monitoring after Nuclear Accidents: IARC Expert Group on Thyroid Health Monitoring after Nuclear Accidents”.
