PET imaging site qualification program of Japanese Society of Nuclear Medicine was updated and this updated program started on September 1st, 2019 under the leadership of the committee chaired by Dr. Fujii, the chief of Division of Functional Imaging, This program is expected to contribute to the improvement of the quality of PET tests in Japan.
