新型コロナウイルス感染症等の病院内伝播を防ぐためご協力をお願いします （3月19日更新)

新型コロナウイルス感染症等の病院内伝播を防ぐために以下のご協力をお願いいたします。

 

１．来院される方は、症状の有無に関わらずマスクのご着用をお願いします。

 

２．以下の(1)または(2)に該当する方は事前にご連絡いただくか、総合受付で申し出てください。

　(1).発熱（37.5℃以上）、呼吸器症状（咳・呼吸困難等）がある

　(2).２週間以内に以下のいずれかに該当する場合

• 新型コロナウイルス感染症患者、またはその疑いがある患者との接触
• 海外への渡航歴がある
• 海外への渡航歴があり、発熱かつ呼吸器症状がある人」との接触

 

必要時は体温測定や問診をさせていただくことがありますのでご協力をお願いいたします。

 

３．入院患者さんへの面会について

当院はがん専門病院であり、免疫力の低い患者さんが多くいるため、院内感染対策強化の目的により、面会制限を行っています。

入院患者さんへの感染を防止するため、原則として面会はご遠慮ください。

必要があり、面会する場合は体温測定を実施し、発熱（37.5℃以上）、呼吸器症状がない事を確認させていただきます。

注）昨今、マスク不足が深刻化しており、当院の売店でのマスクの調達ができない場合があります。

 

4．病院棟1階ラウンジ（がん情報プラザ「つきじ」）の使用について

発熱、呼吸器症状がある方が増加された場合、ラウンジを新型コロナウイルス感染症対策に使用する可能性があります。

その際は、一時的にラウンジの使用ができなくなりますのでご了承ください。

 

5．当院への出入り業者について

原則院内への立ち入りをご遠慮ください。立ち入る際は、体温（37.5℃以上）と呼吸器症状がない事を確認し、マスク着用・手指衛生をお願いします。

To contain the spread of new coronavirus, and for the welfare of
our patients,the National Cancer Center of Japan requests your kind cooperation.

１．All visitors please wear surgical masks at our hospitals, irrespective of whether any related symptoms are observed.

２．If any of the following apply, please either phone in to inform us beforehand, or report to our staff at the information counter upon arrival:

(1)　Fever (over 37.5 degrees celsius), respiratory symptoms (coughs, breathing difficulties)
(2)　Any within the past two weeks:

• Contact with patients infected or suspected with, the new coronavirus
• Travel overseas
• Contact with those who traveled overseas, with fever and respiratory symptoms

When required, we may ask to take body temperature or ask relative questions.

３．Visitation Arrangements

Being a cancer specialized hospital, many of our patients have extremely low immunity. To protect them, we need to introduce more stringent measures to combat infections, thus please refrain from visiting our patients.

If there is an urgent and absolute need for a visit, let us confirm that your body temperature is below 37.5 degrees, and that you have no respiratory symptoms (coughs, shortness of breath) before your visit. 

・recently surgical masks supplies are extremely limited, there may be occasions when masks are unavailable at our hospital store.

Your kind understanding and cooperation is very much appreciated.

4．Atrium ‘Tsukiji’ – Hospital ground floor lounge

If and when there is a rise in patients with fever and respiratory symptoms, it will be designated for their care, temporarily restricting use by others.

5．Other Visitors

Please refrain from visiting our campus for the time being. Should there be an urgent need, please ensure that your body temperature is below 37.5 celsius, wear a surgical mask, and sanitize your hands when entering the premises.

尊敬的患者及家属:
为进一歩在我们中心降低新型冠状病毒传播的风险,请您们的合作。

１．不顾有没有症状,请佩戴口罩

２．若有以下情况或症状,请告诉医院人员

(1) 发热（37.5以上）,呼吸困难等症状
(2) 最近两周以内有一下

• 与疑似患有新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎患者有接触
• 旅行过外国
• 于曾到外国旅游的人,而且体现发热,咳嗽,呼吸困难的人接触

有可能性请检测体温,或门诊。

3. 探访患者

作为癌症专门医院,在本院免疫力低的患者多,为积极应对疫情防控,保护患者的生命安全,紧急制定了谢绝探病措施。

务必探访患者的话,职员应该提前检测体温,确认不到37.5摄氏度,而且没有呼吸困难等症状。

・在本院便利店有可能口罩断货,买不到的情况。敬请谅解。

4.休息厅“筑地”（医院一楼）

如果发烧和见呼吸道症状的病人増加,将指定这位置为进行他们护理,暂时限制其他人使用。

5.其他访客

暂时请勿入内。如果有紧急需要,请确保您的体温低于37.5摄氏度,戴上口罩,用含酒精成分的免洗洗手液清洁手或用和清水洗手。
